I'm newish at the moment so i might of missed an earlier debate about this, i checked the first page of threads briefly and didn't see anything on it so hopefully someone wont post a link. ^_^

Umm, on some old forums i used to post in there was a spam bin, where you could talk about any random crap or spam your heart out and it wouldn't affect your post count.

We do have an Off-topic forum, but it is not a spam forum. Spamming is against the rules there just as it is elsewhere.

Errr... What would be the point? The off topic area is fine, but spam is just a bunch of retarded and useless comments. It would mean wasted effort for the admins to create such a thing.

anything in the pub games doesnt increase your post count. and the game "last person to reply wins 3" (or whatever number its on now) has absolutly no topic whatsoever so you can post all the random thoughts you want with no penalty. unless of corse you break the rules while doing so, then thats a whole other story.

Think these pretty much summed it up. Most topics can go in the off topic section and there are the odd threads here and there that are in the pub games section that any 'random crap' can go in. Whole sections for threads like that would be a huge waste of time and be full of useless crap that would still have to be moderated by the staff.

General would be things like world events, news, "General" discussion.
