Rocked : I bought box sets of two of my all-time favorite anime and all weekend to sit around and watch 'em.

Sucked : A damn bullet hole in my leg prevents me from escaping town and going to Nerdapalooza this weekend! DX

Being awake since 6am thanks to a child asking me to fix his Transformers toy for him countless times. Waking up that early before work later on isnt appreciated. :lol:

It gets worse :D - just be glad it's just the one child...when there's multiples of them it's like an inbuilt thing in them to work in some sort of weird shift pattern whereby just as you get one of them to leave you alone, the other one turns up to ask for something equally petty and irritating. Then the first one turns up again, they both fight over who gets your attention first and overall it's a massive waste of time.

Yes, I am jaded. Ah well...

Rocked: Government grant for having a baby - free money is always appreciated.

Sucked: Going to be going straight out on bills and I really need to have this baby now before I chop my own right leg off just to make the pain go away...

Happened again at 7am this morning. I also have 2 cats, a dog and a rabbit to put up with. The rabbit is the only one that isnt annoying. :lol:

Child has not shut up since 6am this morning and is still going strong now.

Rocked: My collection of Lovecraftian horror is complete at last - the two last volumes arrived earlier this week and I've had tons of time to do some reading.

Sucked: My sister and her boyfriend are sleeping outside of my room at night. And he's one of those guys who snores like a friggin'... elephant or something. I've come close to killing him several times already. It would be sooo easy.... *caresses pillow*

Had some funny games on COD 4 with friends.

Had to remember the controls again as it had been so long since i last played it. Plus lag and random party kicks and disconnections.

My TV and 360 have now joined the new house.

Sucked

Making sure the 360 is away from pets and child and also it was difficult putting my TV on the wall. Was up until late last night doing it and up for work early this morning.

Kids - they're only good for the tax credits. We're going to have about 5 just so we can live a life of luxury. Hell, they don't even have to be ours - we'll just borrow a few until we've saved enough money to buy half of the country. That's what the Jeremy Kyle regulars do anyway - why work when you can reproduce? :rolleyes: :lol:

(I'm kidding about having 5 - I'd rather start being nice to our dog than have that many brats running around the place)

Rocked: Nearly my birthday and finally got some online time today

Sucked: will be short lived as I can't sit for very long without getting stuck and the damn dog is getting on my very last nerve...I swear it's like the baby is already here what with the 3am wake-up calls and inability to control her own bladder. Stupid hound...

Sonisphere Music Festival tomorrow, get to see Metallica and Linkin Park amongst many many others.

Over 2 hour drive down there and weather is terrible and not good for 3 days of camping.

Rocked: Mah birthdayz - lots of books and no interruptions so I could read them in peace :D

Sucked: Everyone I know apart from Steve, my mum+stepdad and my neighbour forgot all about it. My dad, my sister, my friends...all forgot. Sad face. Plus one of my presents won't be here for another two weeks because the person Steve bought it off swanned off on holiday before posting it out. Super sad face...

Sonisphere Festival and more importantly Metallica, possibly the greatest live band ive ever seen. Plus it was James Hetfields birthday on the same day they performed and seeing him get pied by children and the band was funny as hell.

Im now back at work and its all over.
