The songs are great, but the people who do that frequently in real life are usually seen as quite sad and annoying in my eyes. (Unless of course, it's in song like the above two)
No offense, you can do it however many times you want.

I only like the shut the front door. But only as a change up from time to time. Like how some of my friends will randomly shout "SHUT THE **** UP!" when they are talking, but mix it up with "SHUT THE FRONT DOOR!" and then add "thats right mother****er, I said it". Things like that.
