Yeh one of my friends went to there concerts and he was fascinated coz all he wld say was in the background there was sex positions made out of lazer dots.. I got abit angry coz i wanted to hear their play list.Oh and you mustn't forget it's the beard and the glasses



Most of these are kinda metal and a few you could classify emo (which kinda is a bit punky)



Never heard of Nitzer Ebb. But i certainly liked Violent Femmes. I think they did Blister in the Sun right?

Emo isn't a genre its a bunch of gay cutters, Emoticore is a Core, all hardcore metalcore and emoticore are all the same just different singing styles. And to Skotekal, I didn't say I liked AFI alot I just said they are one of my fav metalcore bands (Dont like to many) I only really like miss murder from them.

And no Way good charlotte is the punk kings, there is only one punk/shock king, MM baby, he practicaly invented the anti-rock movement.

AC/DC = Rock
Black Sabbath = Metal/Rock
Ozzy Osbourne = Metal/Rock
Black Label Society = Never listened
And........
Dethklok = Metal

Right? To me, Black Sabbath and Ozzy are a bit of both...

Old school Sabbath was pure rock. Nowadays everyone is a lil' bit metal, yes. But all of their good songs are rock.

You have to realize that the term "metal" didn't quite exist back then - it was all "rock".

Damn you ninja'd me. Bastard. And AC/DC is NOT metal, I know that for sure.

Oh and, Ima call you Alex, L2P sounds stupid, shock metal I don't really listen to, but it is pretty much borderline rock, and glam metal is old 80's guys that dress like girl type of music.

Learn your music history, lil' boy. Ozzy in his good ol' days never ever did metal. Just because it sounds metal-y by today's standards doesn't make it metal.

No Black Sabbath and Ozzy Osbourne as a solo were Classic Metal.. yes they are not screaming or thrashing ther guitars but classic metal was like tht.. ACDC are classic rock tht aint metal.. KIss and Twisted Sister were more glam but had elements of metal..... Wel th\ts my opinion

Black Sabbath: Metal, Tony Iommi invented classic metal, and was black Sabbaths guitarist.

Ozzy Osbourne Solo: In the Randy Rhoads days, was classic metal, same with the Jake Lee days, but with Zakk Wylde, it was Metal all the way, and the majority of the time was spent with zakk and still is.

Black Label Society: The lead singer and lead guitarist was Zakk Wylde, they are very metal.

AC/DC: Have been called metal by many but are really hard rock.

Dethklok: Obviously death metal

In my opinion though Iron Maiden are the clssic metal....

um my fave album is peace of mind and yeh if u haven't noticed avater os eddoe model from piece of mind..
