Debate 360 0r ps3

Hey guys,

Correct me if i posted this in the wrong place.


Now for the debate. Which system is better, 360 or ps3.

I will be the debate master. And you will post 360 or ps3 and the reasons why you support the system.

Which every system has the most posts will win the debate.

Note: please keep this a clean debate.

Wii = Casual gamer paradise for kids and families

360 = all around good variety, perfect for intense people like me...

PS3 = good, but 360 is better (especially in sdales lol)

360 - Wider Variety of games, larger online support, better marketplace, more exclusives, nicer controllers (in my opinion), really easy to stream media to but not much hard drive space to store it.

PS3 - More reliable and can use huge external hard drives so makes a good media center.

As a games console the 360 would be my choice although the PS3 is an excellent all round media center its gaming pedigree seems to have taken a backfoot for now.

So 360 over all.

i had a ps3, 360 and wii (proof: http://loganmc3.deviantart.com/art/the-real-tri-force-80525655) and i sold the ps3 like 6 months after i got it and kept my wii and 360... ps3 has like 3-4 fun games and thats it! i like the wii cus it has mario games, waky raceing and sports and 360 cus mostly action games like halo, gears and oblivion and ps3 had resistance that one motocross game and MGS4 but after that... nothing so i sold it, and wii has virtual console witch i love i have 10+ games from NES, SNES and N64

lol the opinions are gonna be a bit biased here.
Anyway I think they both have their strong points. id have to go with teh 360 because most of my friends are on there and there is halo and fable
Although i think PC beats both

Went for 360 coz I haz one. Only played a PS3 briefly and not particularly impressed - lack of titles which interest me is a big turn-off.

Well.. your on a Fable 2 Forum.. Whish is used by Xbox 360.. and Everyone here HAS a Xbox 360 (most likely) or Just normal Xbox..

So I think Xbox 360 will take it out.

And Plus i think the Xbox 360 way more user friendly.. Better Community, Better Prices and Games..

360; cheaper, has some ps3 exclusive games, good hard drives. however, i do dislike the fact that its susceptible to RRoD...

The PS3 is more of an expensive media center and blu-ray player than a gaming console. The library of games couldn't be more disappointing.

The Wii is more of a gaming console than the PS3, with a greater library of games. Still, besides games such as Brawl and other big titles its just a party tool in my eyes

Now the 360 first and foremost has LIVE - a good and solid online service. Then you've got all the great games out for it, as well as those being in production. The earlier models were plagued by technical problems, but the later models don't and they have put in place a good system for getting your 360 fixed.

All-in-all I wouldn't trade my 360 in for any other current generation console.

ps3 - the most advanced system as far as hardware is concerned...but it lacks the number of good titles that the 360 has to offer. Also, the ps3 does not have the best warranty...if something goes wrong with your ps3 you could be charged up to 200 for repairs

360 - has the most great game titles and even a few for younger ages. has hardware issues but microsofts warranty is for 3 years and you don't really have to pay anything if your system has a critical hardware failure...plus xbox live and the achievement system are both awesome

360 is better easily

the wii have some on line games witch are FREE but the 12 diget friend code sucks donky dong but the VC is AWSOME ppl always froget a bout the VC and its like the best feature

well...i do like that with the wii it lets you download any nintendo title you want...be it on the N64 or the NES.
