How do you even tell if a band is supposedly "emo" or not? What is the definitive criteria? If it's misery in the lyrics then that is every damn band on the planet - hell even Christian music can have sad lyrics in it :lol:

The term is used so much these days im not even sure if their is definitive criteria for something to be called emo. I mean it seems to vary from person to person based around what they think makes something emo. Some people have the nerve to call bullet for my valentine emo because they dont sing about daisy chains and happy love filled places. :lol:

I think the only reason most people label Green Day as emo is the black make-up around their eyes...

Yeah another weird thing that people seem to tag as emo, if emo is meant to be 'Emo'tional how does make up add to that? No-one called Alice Cooper or Ozzy emo. :lol:

Manson is a lot more rational thinking and level headed than most people i know id think a lot of people would be surprised with his intelligence if they took time to understand him. Way too many people judge others on image these days and dont try and get to know to understand them properly.

Manson is a great man. He truly is. The killers of the Columbine massacre listened to his music and of course the press were all to eager to jump at him. When asked what he would've said to the killers if he got the chance to speak to them by, he simply said.
