I got DOSBox working and know how to load old games up, so I might just go and buy the orginal Fallout and this game. Checked the compatibility tables and they both work great apparently.

I still have not gotten Fallout & Fallout 2 to run perfectly for me... Fallout 2 was close, but there was no music and many of the sound effects were missing.
