Hopefully the place will burn to the grounds because movies made after games are lame and usually sucky and a waste of everyone's time and money, and vis versa >.<

That making a movie based on a video game is a cheap way to make lots of money? You have the characters, settings and plot all laid out for you and even if you make it a steaming pile of doo-doo, you can count on some diehard fans of the video game to see it anyway, no matter how you violate the game's good name.

The storyline to the game was awesome. As long as they keep the story the same and have suitable actors.. I don't want Matt Damon playing f**king Marcus.. It'll turn out okay.

Movie into game: Not very fun, strays from movie plot in an attempt to make it longer, but only succeeds in making it boring.
Movie/Game released at same time: Same as above, only rushed, clunky controls and subpar graphics, normally lots of collecting junk.
Game into movie: Utter crap, from the laundry list of reasons, Mario and Uwe Boll being the worst offenders, I honestly hope Uwe dies a horrible, painful death.
