EDIT: Despite what I posted earlier, Metal is not all I listen to.

If you like, I'll post my favourite songs here. In no order:

1. Tarja - Oasis
2. Vinterriket - Gipfelpforte
3. Empyrium - Mourners
4. AnathemA - One Last Goodbye
5. Bathory - Hammerheart
6. Explosions In The Sky - Your Hand In Mine
7. God Is An Astronaut - Fragile (Possibly my favourite song of all time)
8. Moonsorrow - Raunollia

Those are just 8. Only one of them is metal.

It is meant to mean Winter Realm.

All of the guys music is pure winter ambience. It's spellbinding.

He does some metal songs though.

The guy in Vinterriket is incredibly productive. He has 3 solo projects, all of which are successful. There is Nebelkorona (Nature) and Atomtrakt (War, apocalyptic feelings). And of course, Vinterriket. All are extremely ambient and beautiful.

Also, I wouldnt really call them "metal" Not really sure.. Well.. Kind of.. But not Hardcore Metal. Godsmack. I really like them, they have Nice melody songs and then they have upbeat metal songs. Its cool. :D
