MAJORE PROBLEM NEED HELP ASAP!!

Okay It's been awhile since i lasted posted but I know some of you guys know ALOT about important stuff and I just had the worst expirience of my life, I was having sex not 7 minutes ago, and I felt a VERY sharp pain during and I've ripped off that piece of skin that attaches the foreskin and stops it pulling back so much and now there's is blood all over my bed and my girlfriend is freaked out, I've heard this has happened to other people and I want to know WHAT TO DO, I'm FREAKING OUT here!!
