I just use brand labels. To me, there isn't anything generic enough in order to use a generic name. I'd be like "Yeah, I want beer! Beer!" or "Wine! Gimme wine!".
But if I had too, I'd use "Läsk".

I live in SoCal and my cousins live in Nebraska so here's a dialog:
Kale(cousin): Al, you want some pop?"
Me: Wait, what? You mean "soda" right?
Kale: Ya, "pop". We gots some dew and cokee-colu.
Me: Wait, slow down. I think you said coke so I'll have some of that.

Like Tsuyu, I usually call them by their brand name; Coke, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, Mountain Dew, etc. But generically I call them soda.
I've drastically cut down on soda and stopped drinking Mountain Dew all-together for about half a year now by the way (for those of you who still know me for being a Mountain Dew addict). Now I like orange juice. I only have soda when go out, I no longer keep it in the house.

Usually I would say "Soft Drinks" when referring to them collectively, but I would use the brand name if talking about the individual drinks.
But I sure as hell am going to start saying "Soda Pop" from now on! :lol:

Pop as we dont say Soda over here unless its Cream Soda or Soda Water etc.

Known as seltzer there i believe, most of us would just say Fizzy or Sparkling water though.

I say Soda and Softdrinks, normally I say "Coke" "Mountain Dew" "Dr.Pepper" and "Pepsi" depending on the place and my tastes at the time.

I just thought it was interesting how several words mean one thing and they change by region. One would really have to pay attention if they left their native region for the first time and was trying order something or find something in a store (anything).
And sorry I didn't enable the option of picking more than one option.

Pants to us is underwear (boxer shorts etc) whereas pants to those from US is trousers to us.
