Yeah, that was my thought exactly. Although I do miss the G3, but this is pretty good too.

G3 was my favourite weapon so i missed it too but this has the potential to be better with all the new attachments available to you.

Sorry guys i have not been on, too busy playin modern warfare 2... Campaign is too easy and short, spec ops is a welcome new addition, Multiplayer is brilliant but some stuff needs 2 be patched, and famas is definetley op cause im crap and i managed to get a 36 kills to 4 deaths lawl with 2 harrier strikes and a attack helicopter, 3 care packages lol in a deathmatch. i just need to get used to it

Campaign was over rather quickly i agree. Took me about 5 hours on normal and now 3/4 of way through on Veteran but that should only take me about 7 hours approx. I like the spec ops idea too though have only had a quick go on my own at the moment.

Multiplayer is brilliant, FAMAS is the new M16. Everyone said the M16 was overpowered in COD4 and now the FAMAS is practically the same. Really accurate and fires 3 round bursts just like M16. Im still getting used to it and the new perks, weapons and mainly the levels.

How do you know? You've probably never played it. The game is excellent. And when it came out, there were 500000 people playing. Just another stupid FPS?

...i agree with skoletal. many fps's are stupid. they have no integration of skill at all. cod is completely different, the rpg elements in multiplayer really make it stand out from any other shooter game. dont knock it till youve tried it...

Tiamatria u just hate fps, obviosly. Because its obvious that Modern Warfare 2 is godly because of record sales except for pc where it suks hardcore. Lol my favourite thing to do is annoy ppl with riot shields and be a distraction, u actually get decent points for that, but the p90 isnt as good as before in mdern warfare 1 though

Its brilliant and i cant stop playing it. Soon as i get any spare time i find myself playing it. The customisation for the classes now is superb and lots of variation and styles of play you can have. Also the Single player though quite short feels like an adrenaline filled roller coaster ride from start to finish. Hats off to Infinity Ward for rekindling my Call Of Duty addiction yet again.

Oh, then ending! Why, oh why did it have to be a cliffhanger. WHY? Now I have to wait for what HAS to be a MW3. They can't just leave us like this.

When it boils down to it, there are not very many variations in terms of FPSs, the only raw differences are some things look prettier and have different names. I'm not even going to comment on the storylines, I can't comprehend how a shooter can have a storyline, because in the end, all you're doing is just pumping assorted victims with lead.

I see where you're getting at, Tia, but Modern Warfare 1 and 2 have great stories. Not anything like Bioshock, but still great.

Kyle, you should sharpen up your throwing knife, and go around and knife people with me!

The FAL is good, i got it yesterday and its brought me back to my G3 days from CoD 4. :lol:

Only this time i can have 2 attachments on it. :w00t:
