Re: The Oblivion Thread!

It's a dagger I know that much, has a chance to instant kill, can't remember the name or how to get it though. Anybody know what I'm talking about?

what is there to do after u do all the quests and stuff from xbox live marketplace, besides kill people

Depends if you have done all the sidequests and such and all guild/faction quests.

Is there a single most powerful weapon in the game?

Depends as you can enchant weapons to make them more powerful, the ones off top of my head are Umbra, Goldbrand, and Mehrunes' Razor if i remember correctly.

Re: The Oblivion Thread!

That's the name, Mehrune's Razor, small wicked looking dagger that has a good chance to instant kill. It was bugging me that I couldn't remember.

The razor comes with a seperate download, one that I believe is very well done. It's included in the Knights of the Nine expansion pack with the extra content. You must traverse a massive dungeon filled with good loot and good times to retrieve the razor. I highly recommend you download it. It's enchanted with a disintegrate armor enchantment and daedric banishing, which does give you the slight chance to kill someone with one hit. The blade looks cool as well for any aspiring psychopath.

Okay, so I'm in the Plane of Oblivion in front of Kvatch, and I'm trying to close the portal. But I can't find the damn Sigil Stones or whatever anywhere! Could someone nudge me in the right direction?

The Razor doesn't come with the NotN expansion, that much I know. If seen someone get it way before the expansion ever came out. But I do have to agree with you on the look, all curved and sharded, nice darkening appearance.

Re: The Oblivion Thread!

Has anyone prurchased the collectors edition? What's in it?

As i said in the PM they are at the very top of the Sigil Towers/Keeps.

I did, its got a gold Septim collectors coin in there, a making of DVD with quite a bit of Bonus footage and a 112 page pocket guide to the empire with backstory and the world explained in detail.

Perhaps there are different editions to it or you have it on the 360, but the PC version of it has a load of extra downloadable content to go with the original Knights of the Nine expansion questline. It also includes the orrery, horse armor, spell tomes, vile lair, wizard tower, thieves den and other extra-content downloads. That is how I downloaded it, as the disk includes all these features along with the primary content. Otherwise, you can download it off of most Oblivion mod sites seperately.

Whoah... O.o Tough question. I've been playing for about six months or more and I've reached level 20, but I suppose it depends on your difficulty setting. I had mine set at about neutral, so if you really wanted to go easy, change the difficulty. If you want a challenge though, I'd suggest for normal difficulty.

That would be quite hard unless you just fought lots of things and used loads of spells and such for a long time. Plus got to remember that the higher level you go the harder the enemies become and some quests that would normally be easy become really hard at higher levels.

That would explain it, I do have it for the 360.

Re: The Oblivion Thread!

Okay, crashing has got out of hand. I turn my back and my game crashes. Its getting so frustrating, especially during quests. Please, I'm in dire, dire need of assistance!

Re: The Oblivion Thread!

Okay, is it the computer crashing or just the game?

Re: The Oblivion Thread!

Just the game, I think I stated that when I said "I turn my back and my game crashes"...

Re: The Oblivion Thread!

Is there anything in the application error log?
